[Need Help] - PhysX Integration with Visual Studio 2008

I guess to start off, I have integrated Windows SDK and DirectX SDK with Visual Studio 2008 and have been compiling code successfully for a few years now. I have never used PhysX before and my college never trained me to use it... That said, I have no idea where to start with this...
I have downloaded the latest PhysX SDK 2.8.3 (after waiting about 3 weeks for them to fix the download page...) and I just finished installing it.
PhysX SDK: supportcenteronline.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=1949
Now I am at a loss... I am guessing there are some lib and includes that need to be added to VS08, but I have no idea which ones specifically...
Is there documentation or a step by step picture guide somewhere? I recall using the step by step picture guide in my Torque documentation for TGEA 1.8.2 to integrate the Windows and DirectX SDK's, but there is no guide for PhysX in that documentation (and the guide was completely removed from the T3D documentation..........)
Any help would be MUCH appreciated! :D

Thanks, but that was specific to TGE and the post was from 2006... There was a link at the end for TGEA, but again, it was from 2007. I am using T3D and it's now 2010. :PAny other ideas?
