Removing Plans from Resources Search.

this would be nice.
Most Plans are Not resources. and add aLOT of clutter.
I am looking now how to find the document on the networking code to forward the link to a guy here asking about it.
I cannot find it :)
it should be on the appendix E (on the documentation page)
under Articles.
but it is not.
