Torsion Problem

Before, when I input my key ID it would say that there was a server side error, however if you pressed exit it would register it for a short time period. Now when I input the key ID, it says that the key is invalid, and I checked to make sure it was correct. Does anyone know what is wrong. Im running it on Windows 7 64 bit as an administrator.
