Hi.

I dont know if this is the correct place to ask this questions, but I didnt found a place to contact the support directly, or faqs questions.

I am starting a game company outside the US, in México. My company (small company by the way) will publish games for internet pages and iPhone.

I have tried torque game builder and is just awsome, I tried another engines too like unity and flash, but torque just blow my mind. I have everything ready to start my company, except torque licences (I just played with the demo version a little), and I want to buy them.

As far as I know, I need to buy Torque game builder, and torque 2d for iphone. Also I want to buy the platformer kit. I have read the documents (Torque_Game_Builder_Indie_EULA.pdf,
Torque_Game_Builder_Commercial_EULA.pdf, etc), but I am still with questions.

These are my questions:
1.- Do you have support in spanish? I want to call you guys, but I dont have really good pronunciation (Sorry).
2.- What is a Indie game or Indie Developer for you? This concepts differ in all the sites where i have heard them (I worked as a 3d artist years ago in a outsourcing company, and even in the industry the concept differ. If I have a well understanding about what it is... maybe i need commercial licence, but is better ask.
3.- How many time do you spent in give me the licence since the moment i pay you?
4.- Do you give me the engine in physical form or just downloading? My internet connection is really bad.
5.- How do I conact you to discuss all the legal situations among our countries?

I will apreciate your support. I wonder if I can contact you by phone.

Thanks in advance

Efrén

1) I'm not certain if anyone on the support staff speaks spanish or not. I know there are some spanish speaking users in the community. Don't worry too much about whether you're english is hard to read or not. A large portion of the community do not speak it as a first language, so we've gotten pretty good at figuring out what people are trying to say.

2) Here Indie is defined as having an annual revenue of less than $250,000.

3) The license is added to your account immediately after your transaction is complete.

4) All products in the store, except for the books, are download only.

5) To contact Support go to Company->Contact Us.
