Torque Screen Display Problems

Hi I'm new to using Torque and just recently purchased the program. While running TGB the windows menu (File, Edit, View etc) block out the menu at the top (Play Scene etc.)
Also whenever I click, the mouse is read as being above where it actually appears on my screen. Does anyone have any ideas how i could fix this?
