The sunrise is incorrect

My friend and me bought your engine, and we play a little bit with it, and we saw that the sunrise is incorrect!

it goes from EAST to EASTSOUTHWEST (also called Top) and then WEST.

in degrees 90° 0°, 180° 90°, 270° 0

We have some better ideas.

from EAST to SOUTH to WEST

in degrees 90° 0°, 180° 45°, 270° 0

The first value is "azimuth" the second is "elevation", we have this found in the editor.

You can look our values in the Editor in ScatterSky or the BasicSun, you will see it looks nicer, and the shadows look better ;)

If that is so, then why does your tag not show any engine ownership? If your friend owns the engine, then he/she needs to be posting here for information (though it sounds like you're posting information, but still).

That's why I said that your friend should be posting this. Have your friend post, and he'll be answered.

I think what Ted is going for is that Torque 3D licenses are per developer seat and you can't share this license, i.e. if you and your friend both develop with this engine, you both need a license.

Still, above tests can probably also made with the T3D demo.
