Owning more then one License

Could I own more then one license and then give the SDK to a freind instead 0f him paying for it?

Why not just buy it in his/her name ? you pay.

It is actually interesting question, I've thought about it as well - what if person wanted to create a team (but not company yet) and, showing goodwill, would purchase couple of copies or Torque, but not for his own direct usage?

And what if you want licenses to stay in a company? I would like to maybe buy 2 or 3 for coders that might need to work on the code.

We do not have corporate licenses. All licenses are owned by individuals.
