Looking to purchase MMORPG/Virtual world projects

I am a semi retired game fanatic who is looking to take the plunge into producing my own game. I have been developing the concept for a couple of years now and have put away some money to take the plunge. I am looking to hit the ground running rather than starting from the ground up. I am hoping to save time and money by purchasing an existing MMORPG or Virtual world project that I may use to build upon. The existing game does not have to be complete, but at least have a solid foundation to it. If anyone is interested, or knows of anyone that is interested in selling off an unfinished, but stable project, then I am the person to see about this.
