Looking for consultation

I am a semi retired game fanatic who has been working on an idea for an MMORPG. I have decided to take the plunge after doing some research into game development, to try my hand at producing a game of my own.
I am looking for an experienced TGE (stable game engine) programmer/developer to provide me with some (paid)consultation on how to go about this venture properly.

Are you looking for information, or what exactly do you need? I find that if you have some questions, you can get answers for free by doing searches or posting questions on the forums here, or looking at this thread I created last year.
