Cartoon Style 2D Artist Wanted

I am looking for a 2D artist for a project (cartoon style ski game) I am working on. The style I am looking for would resemble the art provided in the PSK and/or TGB Kart Kit. I will require a few of the characters to have animations and to be rotated 360 degrees. I will also need a few single images and a couple of scrolling backgrounds.
