help on redownloading

hi all need some help

in the past i had to reformat my computer a few times, and i want to download my torque again. I bought tga and torsion but now there going from my download page. i bought them last year. best 400 dollars i spent. now my i have no downloads at all. yahoo was hacked a few times and i obtain the virus bad and my laptop had a bad hard drive. so I want my torque back :( please help I don't want to loose out on my addition. (torque crack) plus i need it back i'm in my senior class and need to get my ai up and running.

The account you're posting from doesn't seem to have any licenses associated with it. Do you have another account, perhaps one provided by your school?

well since i reformatted my computer i lost my info on my profile it shows but when i chat it doesn't I don't know how to fix that issue. can you help me to correct it? i'm just wondering if it's assoicated with an ip address issue

It's not lost. You're logging into a different profile.

You need to log out of the account you're in now and log into your other one. You have two accounts, both have the same display name but each has a different email address.
