Watch AVI files in torque?

Is this possible as I think it would work really well in my game.

only theora is present by default I think

AVI as many other formats require that you pay for a license to include the decoder in your application.

What is theora and how do I get it in torque 3D? I have searched forums but am not getting the answer i want.

Its a video format. Just convert your video into Theora format and play it with the built in control

Download Theora goodies from here. It contains the convertors you need to convert your avi to theora OGG format.

Got to research this myself, will definatly post where i find something that works. I wonder if we can guy Blinkx and get it into our game engine.

If you license Bink, RAD should send you the integration kit for T3D and TGEA 1.8
