When is Torque 2D expected?

I wasn't here for some time and the "Engines -> Torque 2D" on the mainpage still links to TGB. I didn't find any new blog entries. When is the "real" new Torque 2D expected to be released? The one with Box2D implementation I mean.
There where blog entries about it before but now it seems to be quiet.
