Wrapping a .dts in a texture.

I want to sort of wrap a .dts in a texture. Like the cloaking texture in Tribes 2. I know how to cloak, but it makes you completely invisible. I want thing to work with everyone in the game being able to see it, and so just certain clients can see it. I also want to beable to only outline a shape with a color, this I would like to work for everyone or just certain clients.

So two things:
Wrapping a shape with a texture, everybody or just certain clients being able to see this.
And
Outlining a shape with a texture, everybody or just certain clients being able to see this.

If anyone knows how to do this, or think they have a way, please post.

Thanks -

Did you look at the cloaking affect on RW? As I recall it looked pretty good.

I don't have the TGE, but I'm working on a Torque game. So I don't have RW.
