How did you discover ThinkTanks?

I'm just curious as to how the posters to this forum found ThinkTanks. Was it word of mouth? Were you already a Garage Games member? Another website?
Personally, I knew a friend who was an intern at BraveTree and she showed me their website. Later on, I got to do an interview with Joe, the creative director, for a journalism project at the Univ. of Oregon. Kind of a weird way to find a great game, but I'm glad it all happened.

Glad to see people finding TT through IMG :) I actually discovered TT because a fellow IMG editor recommended I download it. I decided to check out the website but I noticed BraveTree was one of the Dynamix spinoffs (like Garagegames itself is, as well as Pipeworks and a few others locals) and since a few of my instructors were once Dynamix employees (like Dan) I was inspired to DL it although I gotta admit I'd probably have tried it regardless of where the production team was from.shoseph, interesting to see another U of Oer here.

Yeah, if I immediately jump in the car after a few hours of TT I notice that my driving suffers a little bit. I guess it's the mark of a good realistic game... I just hope my insurance company doesn't find out about it or my premiums are gonna be through the roof."Sorry officer, thought that tollbooth was just an ammo recharger"

I bought it very soon after trying the demo. I barely play the solo game; I prefer multiplayer in this one.

I had been watching for ThinkTanks ever since it was announced for the Mac and was previewed on MacGamer. Once I tried the demo, I was hooked on the gameplay. I love games I can fire up and play quick little bouts of to relieve some stress or burn off a couple hours of time. (I apparently have a lot of time to throw away....not.)I bought it very soon after trying the demo. I barely play the solo game; I prefer multiplayer in this one.

Sounds like we have a UofO ThinkTanks mini-LAN Party in the making... Joe thinks around the middle of Sept. We have a few machines here at GG we could consider it some evening.

Don't know if I can play without lag though...
