Quick Question Regarding Torque 3D Script Reference File

Hello, I recently purchased Torque3D and began working through the documentation, I've finished going through it and ran into a snag, reading the forums I see that the C++ Engine Reference is down, however, I have downloaded the TorqueScript Reference, and none of the articles show up.

Is this normal for everyone, as in, its not complete yet, or is there something wrong with the file I'm downloading which prevents me from viewing any of the script articles?

Any information on this matter would be wonderful,
