It is a major refactoring project that you require touching/stripping/refactoring a huge amount of the Torque internals. It would be a major project to cobble the various technologies together and an even larger one to cobble and integrate them into an existing technology project. It would not only take a considerable amount of time and intimate knowledge of Torque and each and every one of the technologies presented, but it would cost a considerable amount of dollars to hire the necessary experts.

Are you going to pay multiple programmers? What is your timeline for completion? What is your hourly rate you are hoping to pay them? For each of the systems you have indicated, you will need to do some major work that can easily take hundreds if not thousands of programmer hours to complete, test, and maintain.

To be blunt, I wouldn't even be willing to give an estimate. It's far too vague to make even a reasonable guess. And, that kind of vague laundry-list of features is (in my experience) a pretty reliable indicator of a poorly-planned and doomed project.
