ThinkTanks Scrum League

Hi,
I have created a team scrum league for full version users of ThinkTanks (demo users have no access to team scrum so they will only be able to play in the odd non team scrum exibition). I have set up a website for it and everythin you need to sign up is now online. In the near future there will even be a betting service for the league but I'm still hammering the wrinkles out of the system.
I've also set up a system to track player and team stats. Hopefully we can get a couple teams together and have some games in the coming weeks! All people of any skill level are welcome!

In that situation, what would happen to the score?
You know, I've enjoyed TT so much that I really haven't touched Return to Castle Wolfenstein or any other games since!

Just signed up for the Scrum League a couple of days ago and am looking forward to some great games! I just hope I don't get disconnected during a game (which has happened several times). I'm on cable modem and don't have this problem with other games.In that situation, what would happen to the score?
You know, I've enjoyed TT so much that I really haven't touched Return to Castle Wolfenstein or any other games since!

Hi all, sorry for the delay in replying, I had final exams. Basically whats going on is that we aren't getting a big enough turnout for the games. We need people to start showing up. I'm sending out an email today concerning this. BTW, I got your form sherman.Loler

Here is my suggestion: just make bigger teams (4-5-6 people?) and whoever shows up gets to play. This way at least you will get a core of people - thus the tournament will go on!
I wouldn't mind being a mercenary either... to show up and fill the empty place! =) Can I be listed as a 'Mercenary'?

as sidebar, why are the yutzes coming outa the woodwork? scrum is becoming slaughterhouse and lame bahavior with points on the side.

I hate to let you guys down. I will have to give up the league unless there is a way to be or have alternates
Alot more players have started since the league began and it is very common now to see 8-10 light tanks in a scrum game... this is making for some serious carnage.. guess we will have to evolve with the strategies Tally or be left behind.

It would help to make the team larger. Like 6 folks? This way as long as we have 3+ vs 3+ people (the corum) it could be an 'official' game.
Right now, the3 tanks per team is awfully small. One missing and it's doomsday.
I want to join a team - but which one? Is 3 dudes the max?
Sorry Loler to mess up your system with suggestion. I have experience with leagues and I keep practicality in mind. I wish we would all be wealthy and play TT whenever we feel for it, but alas it's sooo hard to have people meeting! =(

There seems to be much detoxing going on. I've been in school and me veins run free of TT-ase. I think that's an enzyme.

No dude, im actually Tally Ho in myth :). Played for years. years and years. and years. im back, sadly, with the update. its borderline untouchable, then comes tt.

I do remember Tally Ho. Kinda of nasty emp all the time. I miss FFA, and WW2. Scrum is a bit like Steal the Ball (or Bacon? or beacon?) I will erase this post in a short while. After all it's a league mb. Sorry to others.

Hmmm... I just played a league game. Quite fun, but the teams were a bit mixed up. also said I was on blue when I would join a game, but when I looked at the score board I was green.Tom

Last Saturday games were a blast. The Stomping Boots gave a hearthy lesson to Ghost Squadron (23-19). Foulplay and Tank Dork were so wussed out they didn't even show up! =) So we had to fight top dogs hired mercenaries like Jangles and Tankster; we gave them a sound lesson as well. Damn thugs! Kept killing TK and he kept spawning in front of me. I felt matrixed.Aza's ISP died mid-game, so we fought 3 vs 4 but kept the upper hand, thanks to Sponyman and Lolerdude!

I was just at the league web site. The schedule doesn't seem to have been
updated w/ near future games. Ghost Squadron please keep me posted on games
