small Game tie in to small Sci-Fi novel

I am writing a sci fi novel, and as a long time GG member I thought it might be cool to put together a game that was tied to the novel, free with each book. This would be a small team and a small project, the opportunity for cash would depend upon the deal I negotiate with the publisher when the book is finished in January. More than with the fantasy genre, sci fi has a great cousin in technology to futher tell the story.

I am a writer and composer, but have never directed game development. This project will first need a game director, once the project is planned we can determine programming and artistry needs.
