Disconnected during online game

Really like TT and I've registered it. Once in a while during an online game I'll get the disconnected icon and the game freezes. I can still exit the game via the esc key but basically the I have to rejoin and my score is back to 0 (bummer for a scrum game!). While the disconnect icon is displayed is the game trying to reconnect? Is there anything I can do?
Thanks,

It's happened at HomeLAN East1; is that version 1.02? I'm using Mac OS X 10.2.4 and TT version 1.02, cable modem.

HomeLan servers have been 1.02 for a couple weeks now, but were 1.0, then 1.01 at first. So it depends on when it happened. If you (or anyone else) experience this on a regular basis, please send an email to support@bravetree.com with details about how often and in what situations (full server, empty server, scrum, battlemode, when someone joins, when someone drops, etc) it happens. It may be a bug or it may just be your connection to the server...we need more data to figure that out. Happy to say that it hasn't happened to me since we upgraded the servers from 1.0 to 1.01, so that's at least one more data point.

1) v1.0 had a bug in which if a player tried to join a full server or if he tried to join a password protected server without the right password, all the players would become disconnected until the first person that joined dropped out. You may be seeing this when connected to a v1.0 server. Up until a few days ago, the Mac version was running v1.0 still (we didn't update the Mac right away because we were also working on a Mac ignition issue). We've updated it to 1.02 now so that all 3 platforms should be running v1.02 and this particular bug should go away. However, if someone who hasn't upgraded to 1.02 puts up a server it will be vulnerable to the bug. [Note to Torque users: if you are seeing this in your game, send me an email and I will point out the line to change...the fix should make it into HEAD soon if it hasn't already].
2) Your connection to the server may actually be getting interupted. If you give it a moment it MAY come back (but it may not). If it doesn't come back on it's own then there isn't anything you can really do.
If you continue to see this problem, especially if it's on one of the Homelan servers, don't hesitate to send an email to support@bravetree.com.
