Torque SDK Demo from Torque for Teens

I am back and starting fresh. I have installed Torque on my computer which is XP and everything is fine until I try to edit a new mission. I get this error "DISCONNECT: You do not have the correct version of the FPS starter kit or the related art needed to play on this server, please contact the server operator for more information. (Missing particle texture: starter.fps/data/shapes/particles/smoke)

I have smoke. I checked... Can anyone help?

Make absolutely certain the path "starter.fps/data/shapes/particles/" is correct and that smoke.png is in the particles folder. (smoke is the png without the extension)
The path is wrong. That's what the error message is telling you.
