Unfortunately, no, there isn't a book specifically geared toward Torque 3D. Any of the books (save for Torque X) will work on both Mac and windows. The only things that may not work will be something for non-Torque software, such as Torsion.

Still, Game Programmer's Guide to Torque is a good book to look into, even if it directly relates to the older engine, Torque Game Engine. Many things have changed, but it will still give you a strong footing into learning the general concepts behind the Torque engine line and, most importantly, to the TorqueScript scripting language used by the engines.

I read months ago that Kenneth Finney was going to be making a T3D book like his other ones, but I'm not sure of the release date, nor if he is still planning on even making it. Sure would be a nice addition to the books of his that I have though.
