"Dream" to represent the dreams we all have within the categories of "game-development."

"Play" represents the started and finished projects and games we will create together and be able to play through.

PROJECT NAME:

English: SOUL DRAGON™
Japanese: ソールドラゴン™

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

We want to create a game we have decided to name SOUL DRAGON™ and the goal is to achieve a design near Final Fantasy 8-10. Fully 3D-design surfaces, Solid/fixed camera positions, turn-based battle system, video-frequencies to fill out the lack of design and more.

We started up in October, 2008 and have been in design-phase and writing since then. We have also recently started to work on the game-play document.

Our visions is to create one of the maybe more famous hobby-games created by individuals so the only thing that could possibly be a great compensation for you is a portfolio-upgrade.

This is the first project for Dreamplay®. You will give us some concrete suggestions of technology that should be used for this kind of game.

TALENT NEEDED:

Concept-artist(s)

1: You need knowledge within concept-art, which tools is used like; Wacom-tablet, Photoshop etc. with great proportional views and quality.
2: You need a great sense of clothing, environments, buildings, vehicles, airships, details, shading, weapons, armors, emotions, dragons, monsters, creatures, accessories etc.
3: You need a portfolio with something to show us.
4: You need a few hours on MSN Messenger every week or AIM.

3D (Three-dimensional) Concept-artist(s)

1: You need knowledge within 3D concept-art, which tools is used like; Blender etc. with great proportional views and quality.
2: You need a portfolio with something to show us.
3: You need a few hours on MSN Messenger every week or AIM.

Video-frequencies & Cordinator(s)

1: You need knowledge about how to create video-frequencies, scripts, rendering, battle-cordinations/-style, special effects etc.
2: You need a great sense of buildings, fantasy landscapes, shading, details etc.

Programmer(s)

1: You need knowledge within programming.

We are looking for alot of people for this and this task requers serious experience in making voices and sounds.

SOUL DRAGON™ is a "TPRPG" (Third person RPG) in the vain of some best-selling RPG’s with look for elements from games such as "Blue Dragon, Brave Fencer Musashi, Breath of Fire", as well as the "Final Fantasy-series." The game follows the story of "Zad Fenix" as he discovers the true origin and history of the "Soul Dragon’s" and how a secret has been dwelling inside of him all his life, only to be released as the adventure begins. "Dreqal Xupiter" is the main antagonist as he heads the "ARC" (Armendelith's Research Center) where they are trying to develop ”fake-cell generation” which will enable the user to gain half the strength of a true "Soul Dragon." This is bad news for anyone in his way, as well as the crew that is trying to stop him.

Dreqal’s ultimate goal is to find a portal to the ”Chamber of Life” where all Soul Dragon’s go to lay un-distubed as a final resting place. This portal is said to be just a myth, but Dreqal’s natural greed for power pushes him to follow any threads he can find. It is said that the one person who enters the Chamber of Life is immediately granted the full forces of every Soul Dragon that has ever lived, thus making them virtually indesctructable.

Will the myth prove true? Can Zad and the party prevent Dreqal to find it and save the Soul Dragon-specie? What else is hidden within the Chamber of Life? Join us during the development of SOUL DRAGON™ and see for yourself.
