I Need A Team

I need a new team. I had a great team previously but since I left my team done nothing and they... well let's just say they "split" up.
Here is some information:
Team Name: ---
Leader: Houssen
Programmer: Houssen / --- (This is a maybe.)
2D Artist / 2D Animator: --- / Houssen (Secondary)
3D Artist / 3D Animator: --- / Houssen (Secondary)
Musician: Houssen / ---
Website Admin: Houssen / ---
As you can see, I need a few positions filled. Payment will come from game profit and all names of the team will be in the credits of the games we make.
EDIT: I am currently working on 2D adventure games with an EPIC change to it, it will be RPG then transform into platformer! This of course need good artist. Most of my game will be 2D until me or my team decide on making some 3D games. I am the main game designer, but I do want the team to contribute, they will be able to chose what kind of game they want done and give ideas on how to game should be and a possible story line for the game.

We have 15 artist and 2 programmers , We can make a mmo game KILLER for under 20000
I am talking about making a lot
we can make you a game mmo that we worked on that can make you have like 5000 paid subscribers in the firs month with no marketing
We can market to xbox iphone pc and browser
