T3D with TGE(A) kits

Hi all!
We planned to make something but before buying, I have some question what is not clear for me, for us.
First, I don't know the compatibility of T3D or TGEA. Basically, I can't find the TGEA on the site but can I use T3D with AFX (any version)? May the next question is Can I use 3d isometric kit for T3D?

Thank you for the answer! And what about the Isometric kit? Or is there any option to make similar game like the youtube video written below -without isometric kit?-
