Animation Compiler Application?

by Joe Sopko · in Artist Corner · 12/14/2009 (10:57 pm) · 1 replies

I've been looking for an application that'll take several same sized image files (jpeg, png, etc.) and turn them into or preview them in an animation fashion preferably with the ability to control fps. I want to find a quicker way to preview my animations instead of having to load them into Gimp, sprite sheet them, then putting them into Torque, animating, and then previewing. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

If you have Maya or want to download the trial, they have a program called FCheck (frame check) that allows just that. It loads up image sequences, buffers them to play smooth, and allows FPS changes.

I'm not 100% sure that the trial comes with Fcheck, but I think it would.
