Please! Help is needed! I am a new comer.

I am a totally new comer to Garage Games, and I just spent my precious $850 dollars to purchase the Torque 3D. After getting it very late last night, I don’t have time to explore the product, since I have to work in the morning. I have several questions that I hope someone can answer.
1) I brought Torque 3D last night. Since I brought the Pro version, I got the previous versions in the “product download” section in my account. The previous versions are TGE and TGEA for Windows, Mac and Linux. The problem I have is that there were comments saying the download links would be expire in 15 minutes. The following day, this morning, I logged in to see if the download links were really expired. I discovered that all the download links under the previous tab had disappeared. Is there any way to get them back? I need to download them.
2) Now that all the download links that had been marked with “expires in 15 minutes” had disappeared in my account. Now, I see that even my main purchased items, Torque 3D 1.0.1 and Torque 3D 1.1 – Alpha are also marked with “expires in 15 minutes”!!!! Does it means I will lose them soon as well!!!! Please, help me, I have paid $850 dollars (above $1000 CAD) to purchase this product, and I don’t want to lose them……
3) I know that Torque 3D 1.0.1 is built using DirectX 9, and that the future release of Torque 3D will be built using DirectX 10. Do I have to paid another $1000 dollars to purchase each of the future release of Torque 3D? Or, do I get them for free?
4) Right now, I am still at work, thus I cannot explore the product yet. But I still want to ask the question: The main software that I have brought, Torque 3D 1.0.1 looks small in size to me(it is just 251MB). Since I purchased the Pro-version with all the source codes of the engine, should it be bigger than 251MB?
5) One last question: Why isn’t there a download link under Linux for me to download the Linux version of Torque 3D 1.0.1?
Thank a million times in advance for answering these questions. It just feels very bad that I have these unanswered questions in my mind, especially I have just spent over $1000 CAD to buy myself the most expensive Christmas gift in my whole life
Thank you again

3) Torque 3D 1.1 will be a free update. When/if any paid updates happen past that is yet to be determined. When/if any paid updates happen I can assure that pricing of them will be fair. Torque 3D will never use DirectX 10. When that portion of Torque 3D is eventually updated it will skip over 10 directly to 11 as 11 is compatible on DirectX 9, 10, and 11 cards.
4) No that's the correct size of the download. You download an installer which is compressed so it's easier to download. Once installed it comes in somewhere between 1 and 1.5GB, can't say for certain as I don't have a clean stock copy installed here.
5) Linux is community maintained. We do not offer it as an official platform for the engine. There is an official Linux dedicated server build in the works though.
Hope that helps alleviate any confusion.

1 & 2) The download link expiring in 15 minutes is simply a security precaution. If you were to leave the window open with the download links for 15 minutes then those links that were generated would become inactive. To generate new links you simply have to go to your products owned list and click Download. TGE and TGEA have not been removed from people's accounts. Make sure you are accessing the downloads via your products page in your profile.3) Torque 3D 1.1 will be a free update. When/if any paid updates happen past that is yet to be determined. One thing though, I try to check again under My Account -> My Products, and then click on the download link besides Torque 3D Professional. When I click on the Previous Versions tab, it does not expand. So, I still cannot download TGE and TGEA. I really think they have removed them for some reason.
Note: I tried what you say in your post as well. “Make sure you are accessing the downloads via your products page in your profile”. Unfortunately, there are no links at all in profile.
Anyway, I really am thankful for you help.
Also, thanks to Serhiy Zagniy as well.

I'll look into TGE/TGEA situation and see what I can find out.

I just check again (9:30pm at Calgary AB Canada time). Now, I see that they have put back those links there, so TGE/TGEA are available for download now.
Thanks Garage Games and Scott

1) How I knew, new Torque 3D just come out and I think GG just removed old version from everyone account this morning (I can't check this out because I dont have T3D)
2) “expires in 15 minutes” - Don't worry about this message, this is for security purposes. For example after 15 minutes this download link will be expired, but system generate new link for you. So your products you can download any time from your account
3) How I knew all updates for free
4) I can't answer you this question.
5) I think T3D do not exist for Linux right now. but may be in future.
