My name is Trevor Thomas level designer and game director for my upcoming game The Flame. It is about a 19 year old boy who has been chosen by the gods to be the gaurdian of the flame one of the five elements. Each element has a gaurdian, but the flame is the strongest. Due to the flame being the strongest all other gaurdians have waged war against the flame's gaurdian also know as Hikie. There will be more soon including some level designs. I am trying to get this going on Xbox live so helpers wilol get a good cut, so if you would like to join now here is the list of people needed, if you wanna wait til' I have prove that I'm committed then you can wait.

Also, my most recent blog titled Indie Game Developer's Guide - Team Building is a great article on team building and is one of the first installments in IndieZen.org's Indie Game Developer's Guide.
One thing I highly recommend is stating what you are going to be contributing to the project, which kudos to you because you did (level design and director), but you should really show off a portfolio of some levels you have designed in the past.
Don't show up to a job interview empty handed... bring your resume. :P
