Torque Constructor fails to open after I installed it....

When I try to open Constructor a message appears saying an unhandled win32 exception has occurred in Constructor.exe and do I want to debug it ,, usually it shows that microsoft visual basic can do it since I have it on my machine but when I try to say ok debug it with that it says that that it needs a new licsense and then that program shuts down, since its express free it needs no licsense. I'm lost Constructor won't even try to open past that nonesense.

Here's the console part. operating system is XP service pak2 and yes I did update to 1.06 at least I ran the update can't open constructor too see that but I'd bet it is. I don't know whats going on with this I've tried everything ,reinstalling ect. does this look like it tells you anything from the log file?
I really want to get it going for my son he'll need it because for his Christmas present he wants the 3d engine since its on sale I'm going to do it and for a little guy he's pretty good and I can help him, but why won't this work on his machine, really will appreciate some help on this..

Also, I would recommend moving your models to the Collada format rather than using Constructor. There are a number of programs, both commercial and free, that support it. It and the DTS format are the core support formats for Torque 3D.

First uninstall Constructor. Then re-install and register it with the new key that I just added to your account. Make sure it loads correctly. Then apply the update. Also, I would recommend moving your models to the Collada format rather than using Constructor. There are a number of programs, both commercial and free, that support it. The Constructor objects are or use to be real compatible for the engine which for a while I thought would be easier for him, of course I know that any 3d object can be made to look right in the engine and then again there's show tool which I've never saw but I usually just put object in correct file and tweak it size wise there in the engine if its been made good enough in a 3d program. Textures yea slight curve there as well just take practice and knowing what works but I can't see what the scramble with constructor is going on with his machine.

Same thing the program won't open, do you think it could have anything to do with a program called AddOn Studio for World of Warcraft he's got it on here thats about all that I could maybe think of but I can't uninstall it for now but I know it requires Visual studio and thats maybe whats trying to debug it whats your thoughts? I did go so far as to uninstall visual studio last night and then addon for wow didn't work and I tried torque and it still didn't open as a side note and by the way I appr the help.
