Is ther anyone that can tell me the total price for TGB with the enabled features of liscensing on Box the Xbox 360 live arcade and Iphone? Thanks.

Torque 2D for iPhone Indie is $750, the Commercial license is $1750. Those prices include TGB Pro Indie and Commercial respectively. For XBLA pricing you'll need to contact licensing@torquepowered.com.
