iTGB+PSK game control need

Looking for iTGB+TGB Platformer Kit coder to create game control (joystick) for iPhone Platform game.
There simple control pad with movement buttons (on a left side screen) and jump, fire (on a right) + brief manual how to implement it.
I expect from you:
1. Simple Level source code with touch control pad; (don't care about graphics I need only functionality )
2. brief manual
