Feedback please?

Hey all, I just finally decided to branch out and a create thematic movie like track. This is quite a large departure from my normal stuff (hip hop/rap).

It sounds quite good although I am missing some more distinct theme .. On the other hand it could server quite well as a background music for something ..

... and there could be more basses ...
(personally, I've stopped to produce anything and started research like which instruments sounds good together etc. - the goal is to find out how to make rich and orchestral sounding music).

btw: what sample did u use for that nice woman voice?
another btw: stick with the genre ... hip hop sux ;)

Very nice work, a lot better than some of the stuff on here. It feels like a piece to go a long with some slomo action battle. I like the balance throughout. The timpani is great. My only criticism is during the femal vocals. One of the pitches doesnt seem to flow with the harmonization, the note she sings after the higher one about 29 secs into the piece. I dunno maybe you like the sound, just feels off to me. But really very nice work.

I agree with Jiri, stick with orchestral :)
