torque 3d wont start up

hi i have installed torque but when i try run it i get an error saying
FAILED TO SET LIGHT MANAGER.
the only thing i can think of is my gcard.
after the error it says PhysX.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
my pc stats r
p4
win p service pack 3
504 mb ram
can anyone help me please please please.

What about your graphics card? And shouldn't it be 512MB RAM, or do you have a weird combination of memory sticks in there?

Make sure you have PhysX runtime and PhysX SDK installed.

its 504 guess ust have some weird combo.and i have physx runtime insatlled
and sdk.
y graphics card is intel 82845g/gl/ge/pe/gvgraphics controller
ut still get failed to set light manager
