Animation rotating on wrong axis.

For some reason, the end piece on my chaingun is rotating on the Z axis, when I want to rotate it on the Y axis. In Blender, I have rotated it on the correct axis, but when I load it into the DSQ, it does not seem to work.

Just consider it an initiative test ...

Well I apparently failed this initiative test... I tried changing the axis to rotate on Z in Blender instead of X, and what happens? It rotates on Z in Showtool... I changed it back, and guess what? It was fixed...
