How do i start the ingame editor ?

#1 Start the game
Press ~
$testCheats = 1;
Load a level
press F11: you are now in the editor

you may be able to use gtkradiant to edit levels.

#2 Thanks, but on my keyboard (norwegian) i have to hold alt-gr and press "/^/~ (the key to the left of enter, below backspace - used for key combos, just pressing it without anything else does nothing), and then press space, to get ~. That doesn't work, neither does just pressing it by itself. I also tried some other keys, like | (top left, below escape), but none seem to work.

#3 Arrgh, the alt-gr bug strikes again! We need to fix that one. In the meantime, try running the game with -console:

marbleblastgold -console

Then you should be able to type "$testCheats = 1;" in that console. Hopefully F11 will work then.

#4 you can also run

marbleblastgold -cheats

to have testcheats enabled on startup (without having to touch the console), this will give you access to the in game editors and open up access to all the levels.
