I had this problem a few months ago, but it was with the TGB forums. The TGE forums are not in my Products Owned list.

I tried it, but with no luck at all...

I've also got this issue. Not that it's really an issue, since we can just go to Engines->TGE, but whatever...

Still, it is good for accessibility, and that is how I check if someone made a new thread on an engine I am familiar with.

however TGEA and T3D public are not in my owned list.
A more useful and user friendly method would to to return to a subscription option, so that users can choose which forums are automatically shown.
for example, i'm not interested in AFX or TGB right now, and would remove those in favour of general and artists corner for example

If I had to venture a guess, I'd say it was probably because people kept forgetting to subscribe to the forums they needed. There was usually at least a user or two a month, sometimes more, posting about how they couldn't find certain forums.

forcing them to opt out if they dont want to read the respective forums, that way. if its broken, you can blame them :p

Simple solution, autosubscribe users when they purchase a product.forcing them to opt out if they dont want to read the respective forums, that way. if its broken, you can blame them :p
