Animated textures/materials

Hey guys.
I'd like to implement animated textures for TSStatics - basically a png sequence. I was wondering if anyone had any advice. For instance, would it be better to
(a) have a different Material for each sequence-frame, and have the TSStatic change its Material every tick
or
(b) have a special kind of Material which loads a different png every tick.
Does anyone have any opinions on that, or any further advice?
Cheers,
Ian

Not sure what type of effect you are going for. Another option is setting up a IFL for animated textures.
