Is TGB support core 2 quad ?

i'm use TGB in Windows 7 with Core 2 Quad processor. When i run my game, why only first core that fully loaded, meanwhile other cores seem didn't used?

my question is:
is TGB doesn't support multi thread/core...
or i have to upgrade my TGB?
