Programmer Needed (Paid)

We are currently working on a mobile application for the iPhone/iPod Touch platform. We are currently in need of a temporary programmer to develop water effects that can be implemented in Torque Game Builder/iTGB to be published to the iPhone. This is a fixed top-view camera game, and the water effects (caustics) that we're looking for would be similar to the effects used in Koi Pond and the Fluid app for the iPhone. This is a paid contract, however we don't anticipate that it should take very much time. $250 would be the amount for the contract when the job is completed. Please check out Koi Pond and the Fluid app on youtube to get an idea of what we're looking for. Programmer should be experienced in the following:

Torque Game Builder/iTGB
OpenGL
Experience programming for Apple products a plus
