Using Torque

Hi,
1) I have a scene in 3ds max with 10000 textured cubes. Is it possible to export this .max scene to Torque and create a web application, in which user will be able to rotate, zoom the scene and also select a particular cube and all this done without visible PC slowdown? Is Torque suitable for this trick?
2) Also is any browser plug-in required in order to make Torque browser-based application work?

How much is the size of this plug-in? And also, where can I find T3D browser games?

2. Of course a plugin would be required. Were you expecting browsers to have the Torque engine already built-in?
