iphone camera aspect ration

Hi. I have a quick question about the cameras aspect ration when using iTBG. I know the iphones screen aspect ration is 3:2. So I started my game in TBG using a camera setting of 240 X 160, which is 3:2. After purchasing iTBG and opening it, I noticed a button that says, to iphone portrait/landscape. I press that and it sets the camera to 100 x 75, which is 4:3. Why would it set it to 4:3 and not 3:2? Am I supposed to be creating my game in a 4:3 aspect ration for any reason? Also if that is a mistake and I'm supposed to use 3:2, is it ok to set it up to 240 x 160 so I don't have to scale my stuff down?
Thanks

I've always set my camera to 480x320 since mine is played in landscape. It makes a layout of some UI elements easier for me to visualize when the camera size is the same as the screen size.

For aaaaages I thought I was going mental in regards to this. I always set a 3:2 ratio and not the 4:3 as it defaults to :)

I've made iPhone games with 3:4 which made it easier to port to PC.
And lately I've been changing my camera to be 2:1 because I'm only planing iPhone game, no ports.
Altogether. I am not aware of any particular reason why it's 4:3.
