TGB + Include source code = 250$

Well I never do such high purchases on the net (My biggest was 10$).
So I'm interested if I ever need the source code if I'm planning to do a MMO game someday in the future. Or is it possible to do a MMO game without the source code?
Edit:
If I buy TGB without the source code, could I buy it some time later for 150$ not 250$.

If you want to create an MMO then yes, you'll absolutely need the source code. Currently TGB's networking layer is geared a bit more toward turn-based gameplay though you can expand upon that with the source code. Torque 2D however will have real-time networking out of the box.

Yes if you were to purchase TGB and choose to upgrade to TGB Pro later on the cost of TGB would be applied to your purchase.

Also, there's a stickied thread for info on MMOs that you may want to check out.

Hm, thanks for the information :)
One another question Why is there a Torque X on my purchase list even if I didn't buy it?
