The V12 is finally available! I can't seem to find any mention of the demo being available though. Is this something we should expect in the next couple days/weeks?

Word is Dynamix has been shut down:

Now, question is: will this affect GG.com at all?
Better question: Should the worst happen to Sierra and the whole company go broke, what would the effect be on GG.com, other than the "it can go in a box" deal to go bust?
I ask this out of concern since my situation precludes me from buying V12 until next week and I'm overly paranoid - I've witnessed GoD games and Dynamix go bust today.

I wouldnt worry too much about GOD and Dynamix, GOD was basically sold out to Take 2 long ago (and effectively they closed due to lack of interest :))
Dynamix seemed to be pretty much in the same situation as GOD as Sierra basically assimilated them some time back i think.
Anyway, I'm fairly sure that all the legalities have been done by the GG.com guys, but I'll let them answer how it affects the V12 themselves.

Give us a little time on the demo, need to get a little sleep as well. We also want to get some nicer art work in before we release to the world.

Yes, the engine is out, and no, the Dynamix shutdown does not affect us in any way.Give us a little time on the demo, need to get a little sleep as well. We also want to get some nicer art work in before we release to the world.

Oh and can I order the CD after I've paid for and downloaded the software? I'm about 4 weeks away from relocating to a new city, so there's no point getting the CD delivered until I move.
Thanks

The download contains the full source and a test application but the cd also contains utilities you will need like Visual C++ Service Pack 5 (105 Mb) and Nasm. If you are a modem user the cd will be well worth its price.

You can order the CD anytime you like, but orders are limited to one CD per developer.
