Book - Torque for teens

I got the book Torque for teens but I can't follow along with the book because it instructs me to copy the folder \example into itself and rename it to \experiment. The books says it's located in whatever directory I installed torque into and then \Torque\SDK\example
But I can't find it anywhere. Can someone help me please? Thanks.

I remember encountering this same problem when I installed the Torque for Teens disk. I don't have the disk handy, so I can't tell you exactly what to do. But the 'example' directory has the sub-directories starter.fps and starter.racing in it (among others), the file demo.exe (which is the Torque engine combined with demo software), and some batch files to start the engine using the various sub-directories. Copy this entire directory and all its sub-directories to wherever you wish to install this stuff, and rename this directory 'example'.
