Newton Mode Flags

So this week I thought I might try my hand at some Torque script and set 3D Max aside for a change of pace. (Was bound to happen eventually, right?) I managed to wade my way through the RTS Prototype tutorial and did a little living room dance.
Long story short, I since discovered that the camera set in newton mode marks a difference between an armature game look/feel and a slick professional one. I even managed to enable the fabled "Tether Mode," but I cannot for the life of me determine where or how to change the newton mode flags to reduce the "Vomit-Vision," if that's even possible. (My hunch is to alter the Camera.force value) I spent quite a bit of time on it last night, but came away confused, can anyone here point me in the right direction?
Thanks!

The newton mode is perfect for recording demos. The motion looks even better than some hastily placed camera paths.
