please disable the "start thread" button on the "start a thread" page itself

i can't count the number of times i've been composing a thread and then clicked the big bold "start thread" button at the top of the page when i meant to click the much lighter-weight "save" button (meaning "post") at the bottom of the page and thereby lost my new thread, reply, blog post, what-have-you.

I'm not suggesting removing the button is a bad idea, but can't you just hit "Back" upon realizing your mistake? Are there still browsers out there that don't save form contents in the Back history?

for me, under FF 3.5.3 win xp, pressing the back button does not recover the form text in this particular use case. it does in other situations, but not this one. ditto IE. in chrome the text _is_ recovered, yay chrome.
