TGB to T3D

Hello, I have some experience in TGB, but I'm not really a programmer. I'm wondering if I wanna make a 3D game later, do my little experience in TGB help me when developing games in T3D? Is T3D using the same scripting language as TGB?

    At the moment yes, the Torque Script language is used in Torque3D. Torque3D is actually very accessible for "non programmers" and its editors make it even more accessible to artists. The scripting would take learning more about, but the majority of the learning curve would come from the engines features, and how to create gameplay in an environment.
