Problems with PhysX?

I downloaded the Torque 3D Demo, and I can't run any of the PhysX Demos. I can play the FPS examples just fine. I have a 1 GB ATI Graphics Card, I have Direct X 10, and I checked to see if the PhysX.dll file is there and it is. I don't know why it won't run the Demos. It just gives me an error message that says that it can't load the game library PhysX.dll etc... Please make sure it exists and you have the latest direct X installed... Anyone one know a solution to this problem?

You do not use NVidia video card so you do not have PhysX system software with your video card drivers. So just install it from http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx_9.09.0814.html and all have to be Okay.

I use even Physx Game Installer (4Mb) and demo works on my laptop with ATI X1300, but i do not know where can you download it now.
