T3D Demo crashes on exit and other things

1) Everytime I exit a mission (for example the blank room mission) and then go through a strange maze of illogical dialogs to exit the demo, I end up at the third dialog that asks me to click on 'Exit this demo' which causes a hard crash (FPS Example.exe) followed by the T3D toolbox that is still running.

2) You really really need to have your default demo shipped with Basic Lighting set in the prefs and not Advanced Lighting. Your potential customers will have NO idea whatsoever why the demo runs at under 10 FPS on an average gaming video card and a c2d processor. Most will write T3D off as a low performing system. Plus I don't recollect toggling that option making any discernable differences, not on my machine at least.

3) The desert lighting is horrific when you switch on HDR. That desert mission itself is rather depressing as far as presentation is concerned. Whatever happened to the next-gen strong hold mission??

4) You really really need to rethink the interface flow and presentation of the demo. It reveals a frightening lack of attention to usability to new customers. If its a marketing message that you are trying to get through, trust me, its having quite the opposite impact.

5) Running the tool box tosses up the vista UAC warning each time. No other app that I know of does that, unless its a first time install.

Sorry if I sound a little harsh but I have high expectations of T3D!
