.DTS rotation problem

I have got the level building thing down.
A big thanks to everyone who helped me out.
So now I have moved on to character importing with Max4.2. I finally found a tutorial that seems to be getting me close to figuring it all out.

My problem is I can't seem to get the player.dts file to match the animation orientation corectly. I have tried rotating bounds and Bip01 and it always changes things but I can't ever seem to get the standing motoin to match the other motoins. Any ideas as to what I need to fix would be very apreciated. Also, the tutorial mentions a sample file. If this file still exsists and you can point me there that would be great to.
